- I’m an experienced Psychodynamic Counselling Therapist working in private practice.
- I draw on psychoanalytic, integrative and relational approaches to therapy, and believe that while theories are important, each person’s situation requires a unique approach.
- I adapt to respond to your individual situation whether you’re having issues with relationships, suffering with complex mental health problems or seeking personal development.
I am available during weekdays including evenings, from 8am until 9pm, and may also be available at weekends.
My training, work experience and any achievement
- B.A. (Hons) Degree in Design and Applied Arts (1998).
- The University of Hertfordshire (2008 to 2012) Two year course in Psychodynamic Theory
- Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory, Practiced at The Counselling Foundation in St. Albans.
- Middlesex University (Together For Wellbeing)
